Lower School supports Red Nose Day

Lower School pupils have been celebrating red nose day and fundraising for Comic Relief.

Head of Lower School Mr Morris reports: “Lower School are having a wonderful day supporting Comic Relief. Taking on board the ‘Funny is Power’ theme, the pupils and staff are enjoying the opportunity to come to school in non-uniform for Red Nose Day. There is plenty of red colour and a superb display of all the different non-plastic red noses, including one lucky girl who found the ultra-rare (1 in 800) Gold Tommy Nose; the others are based on ‘The Great Outdoors’ animals such as Robin, Fox, Badger and Caterpillar. Making generous donations, the pupils are being shown videos about good causes that Comic Relief funds and are also taking part in some quizzes during House Time. Overall, having this event on our return to school has added further to the delight of seeing the pupils back in school. Well done Lower School!”
