Sixth Formers from Oakham and Harington Schools enjoyed a presentation given by Ms Sian Griffiths of the University of Nottingham on clinical courses and degrees in life sciences offered by her university.

Four Form 6 pupils took part in the regional round of the J. S. Mill Cup this week, a Philosophy competition created by the University of St Andrews.

Form 5 Voluntary Action (VA) pupils have been helping with the Oakham Canal Green Corridor Charity Project, which aims to regenerate a part of the old Oakham canal.

An entrepreneurial Design and Technology Scholar from Oakham School has been inspired during Lockdown to design, manufacture and sell a standing desk – with all profits going to charity!

My name is Oliver, and I have the honour of being this year’s Deputy Head Boy. As a family, we have been associated with Oakham School for 50 years, and after leaving Orwell Park in Suffolk, I followed in the footsteps of my two older sisters to join Oakham in Form 3.
