Form 6 Politics Pupils Visit Parliament

Form 6 Politics students were given a warm welcome in Westminster, where they had an engaging Q & A session with our local MP, Alicia Kearns.
The students enjoyed a unique learning experience with the Education department, which included an insightful tour of the Houses of Parliament.
The group were lucky enough to see the Chancellor (Jeremy Hunt) and the former PM, Theresa May, before walking over to visit Downing Street.
Pupils relished the opportunity to bring their knowledge out of the classroom and get a taste of real politics in the nation’s capital.
