IT Pupil Mentor - September 2022 

We are seeking to appoint an IT Pupil Mentor to start in September 2022.  The successful candidate will support the Computer Science department in the delivery of the curriculum and events offered by the department. 
The successful candidate will be involved in the delivery of IT lessons (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to our Lower School classes.  The Mentor would also be involved in delivering IT concepts, running activities, and IT clinics in Houses and within the school to help with IT skills.  
We are seeking an individual who shares our dedication to promote STEM throughout the school.  Strong administrative skills are vital in such a busy department, and the ability to work flexibly and take initiative will be important.
Remuneration will be £20,000 per annum.  Accommodation may be available.

Head of Lower School - ideally for September 2022 or January 2023

Graduate Sports Coaches - Hockey, Rugby and Netball - with MSc studies in Elite Performance Coaching - September 2022

We are seeking to appoint Graduate Coaches in each of the above fields, with the opportunity to study an MSc in Elite Sport Performance on a a two-year part-time distance learning basis. This opportunity is the result of a partnership between Oakham School and DCU (Dublin City University) which allows candidates to study on this distance learning course whilst working in a dynamic and challenging sporting environment. Teacher of Chemistry (full-time or part-time) - September 2022

We are seeking to appoint an academically well-qualified, full time or part-time Chemistry teacher to join a hugely successful and collaborative Chemistry department. A minimum 0.6FTE is required, with the potential for a greater number of periods, depending on business needs.
