Resident Graduate Fellow of Design and Technology - September 2021 (one year contract)

We are seeking to appoint a Graduate Fellow of Design and Technology to join a hugely successful and collaborative department. The person appointed should have high professional standards, enthusiasm, energy, and a clear sense of teamwork.  Key qualities also include demonstrable subject competence, combined with a flair for inspiring our pupils. Strong administrative and organisational skills are vital in such a busy department, and the ability to work flexibly and take initiative within the team will be important. The role is term time only (32 weeks), with free accommodation and meals (term time only) provided.  A PGCE or equivalent course may also be supported for suitable candidates who wish to further pursue a teaching career. A female Fellow is sought as they will also be a Resident Tutor in a girls' boarding house, for which an additional allowance is paid.
