For September 2022, we are seeking to appoint at least two dynamic and inspiring Visiting Music Teachers to join a large and thriving music department of 35 full-time and visiting teachers within one of the country’s leading co-educational schools. Our excellent piano faculty has a vacancy to undertake up to 3 days’ work, but applications are welcome from teachers who are only available for 1 or 2 days. The Teacher of Double Bass will work with both existing pupils and help recruit new starters under our discounted tuition scheme. The successful candidates will be expected to maintain and enhance the high standards of music tuition and musical activity on offer at Oakham, and inspire a new generation of young musicians.
