Students wow audiences with their production of Sister Act

The Main School Production of Sister Act took place at the end of last term in the Queen Elizabeth Theatre. It was a resounding success with over a thousand people coming to see the five performances and there were standing ovations every night.
From the disco numbers in the opening scene to the rousing choruses as the nuns are taught to sing, the talented cast and musicians brought the show alive and entertained throughout.
The audience enjoyed endearingly funny scenes as Deloris leads the nuns astray and the sisters wowed everyone, filling the stage with song, energy and some cool dance moves.
Critically acclaimed actor and OO Richard Hope who had watched the performance said, “To deliver such a fantastic show that was truthful to the period and style is rare to see in any school. Congratulations to all concerned.”
