After an exciting night walk the Lower Ones got up to enjoy a hearty breakfast. They then set off to walk through the beautiful Derbyshire countryside and climbed up a stream bed to make their way home, overcoming various very wet and cold challenges along the way.
It was then off to Black Rock for some rock scrambling before getting back to Lea Green for some recreation time.
Lower One have arrived at Lea Green in Derbyshire for their annual residential trip to build independence and challenge themselves beyond the classroom. On only their first day they have made it through the assault course, climbed through the jungle tunnels, played Frisbee golf and explored the wonderful grounds at Lea Green. They have had a great supper and are now headed out for a night walk through swine park woods.
