 | Engineering Education Scheme 20 December 2009
A group of Sixth Formers spent 14th to 16th December on a residential workshop and lecture course at Loughborough University as part of the Engineering Education Scheme (EES). The EES is a national project whereby 6th form students work with a company on an engineering project. A teacher acts as facilitator, but students take charge of the project, and are expected to each put in 100 hours of work in their own time...read on.
